1. Acceptance

By accessing PersonaPark you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Entertainment only

PersonaPark provides personality quizzes and shareable persona cards for entertainment purposes only. Results are generated from simple inputs using deterministic, playful algorithms. They are not assessments or statements of fact about you, and must not be relied upon for any decision.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Purchases

• Paid unlocks are processed by our payment partner Creem. Prices are shown in USD and charged as one-time fees.
• All sales are final once an unlock is granted. Refunds follow Creem's refund policy and applicable consumer law.
• We may offer a first-purchase bonus; abuse (e.g., repeated new accounts to obtain it) may result in denial of the bonus.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and generated artwork templates are owned by PersonaPark or its licensors. You may share your personal result card for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the service; attempt to disrupt it; use it for unlawful purposes; or scrape or resell outputs commercially without permission.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PersonaPark is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
