1. Who we are

PersonaPark ("we", "us") provides free, sign-up-free personality quizzes and optional paid persona cards. The service is provided for entertainment purposes only and does not provide professional, medical, financial, or any other advice.

2. What we collect

• Quiz inputs: Names, birth year, and answer choices you enter are processed in your browser to generate your result. They are not stored on our servers unless you complete a purchase (see below).
• Local storage: Your browser stores a "persona collection" (which cards you unlocked) in localStorage on your own device. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
• Purchase data: If you choose to unlock a card, our payment processor Creem collects your email address and payment details. We receive a normalized email address and order status from Creem so we can grant your unlock. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Technical data: Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request time) may be processed by our host Cloudflare to operate and secure the site.

3. How we use data

• To generate your quiz result in your browser.
• To fulfill purchases and grant unlocks (via Creem).
• To prevent abuse of first-purchase offers (email normalization only).
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers.

4. Payment processor

Payments are handled by Creem (creem.io). Their handling of your payment data is governed by Creem's own privacy policy. We only retain the minimum order record needed to deliver your unlock.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To request deletion of any purchase-related record we hold, email support@personapark.com. You can also clear your local collection at any time via your browser settings.

6. Children

The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
